We research carefully and cite our sources, but science evolves and errors can occur. Unless otherwise noted, all text, images, animations and other original content on Flash Science are the property of Flash Science and are protected by copyright. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping content at scale, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links and services
Our articles link to external sources such as NASA, NOAA, the NIH and peer-reviewed journals. Those links are provided because the claim in the article rests on them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
This site may display third-party advertising. Advertisements are selected and served by the advertising network, not by us, and their appearance is not an endorsement. Governing law
Flash Science is operated from Cambodia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Cambodia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in this clause removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
